Non-hinged flush face doors are characterized by their concealed frame that puts the leaf on the same plane as the paneling on its exterior face. They are essential in minimalist, elegant and modern designs. Their design is complex since several constructive factors must be considered.
Door. Solid particleboard interior, four-edged frame, with rebate to accommodate panel, veneered vertical edges.
Standard customization: modifications of thicknesses and materials in the composition of the sheet, non-standard sizes and fixed top.
Hardware. 90 mm hinges and latch or lock, both in stainless steel with CE marking.
Options: various models of hinges and latches, concealed hinges, security hardware, plinth, door closers…
Frame. Frame with straight edges plus mortise and flashing on the inside face, MDF base in the same finish as the door and for various sizes.
Standard customization: frame with mortise and tenon, water-repellent MDF or finger pine bases, finishes other than the leaf, butt or mitered flashing and rubber gasket.
Finishes and sustainable materials. HPL, CPL, phenolic compact or melamine laminates, natural or precomposed varnished or stained veneers and lacquered MDF. Our materials and finishes are also available with FSC chain of custody for responsible forest management.
