The E1 building is a new construction of modern style strategically located in Gibraltar. It is designed to accommodate people who want to live alone for extended periods while enjoying hotel services such as cooking, cleaning or laundry.
Dayfor, in collaboration with Koala Holdings Limited, has manufactured the wooden doors and decorations for this residential hotel, adapting them to British standards.
Therefore, the EI-30 room entrance doors have brushed intumescent material, which is typical of England. In addition, the exterior flashing was prepared to receive a LED strip. On the inside, the flashings are extensible for precise positioning in the partition wall.
