This block is our most standard double sheet acoustic block, with a noise reduction of 34dB. Available in two-leaf block.
Door. Manufactured according to tests carried out in a laboratory accredited by E.N.A.C., thickness of 65 mm, vertical edges veneered.
Options: height up to 2100 mm, sheet metal decorations.
Hardware. 100 mm hinges and lock, both in stainless steel and CE marked. Includes automatic acoustic weather strip.
Options: different models of visible or concealed hinges, latch, visible or concealed door closers, plinth…
Frame. Minimum frame of 110×45 mm with MDF base in the same finish as the door, with rubber gasket. Flashing with the same base and finish as the frame and for various sizes.
Options: finger pine bases, finishes other than the leaf, butt or miter flashing and rubber gasket.
Finishes and sustainable materials. HPL, CPL, phenolic compact or melamine laminates, natural or precomposed varnished or stained veneers and lacquered MDF. Our materials and finishes are also available with FSC chain of custody for responsible forest management.
