The armored block that makes up the armored doors provides extra protection to the room due to its combination of security hardware and its interior with iron sheet. Dayfor is specialized in the manufacture of armored doors.
Door. Interior with 0.8 mm iron plate, chipboard and 3 mm MDF board on each side, four-edged pine frame, veneered vertical edges.
Standard customization: enlargement to two iron plates, non-standard sizes.
Hardware. Anti-leverage hinges and security lock both with CE marking and wide-angle peephole.
Options: various models of hinges and latches, door closers…
Frame. Frame and flashing with MDF base in the same finish as the door and for various sizes.
Typical customization: waterproof MDF, finger pine or plywood bases, finishes other than the leaf, butt or miter flashing and rubber gasket.
Finishes and sustainable materials. HPL, CPL, phenolic compact or melamine laminates, natural or precomposed varnished or stained veneers and lacquered MDF. Our materials and finishes are also available with FSC chain of custody for responsible forest management.
