This 30-minute fire protection door is a basic and economical solution for all types of laminates and veneers. Available in single leaf block.
Door. Manufactured according to tests carried out in a laboratory accredited by E.N.A.C., thickness of 40 mm, vertical edges veneered.
Options: height up to 2400 mm and decorations in sheet metal and pantographed lines in lacquer.
Hardware. 90 mm hinges and lock with anti-panic function, both in stainless steel and CE marked.
Options: different models of visible hinges for EI doors, machining for card lock, latch, visible door closers…
Frame. Minimum 80×22 mm frame with water-repellent MDF base in the same finish as the door. Flashing with the same base and finish as the frame and for various sizes.
Options: finger pine bases, finishes other than the leaf, butt or miter flashing and rubber gasket.
Finishes and sustainable materials. HPL, CPL, phenolic compact or melamine laminates, natural or precomposed varnished or stained veneers and lacquered MDF. Our materials and finishes are also available with FSC chain of custody for responsible forest management.
