Our Paten version for fire doors is a simple and functional 30-minute fire resistant door for most cases, especially for any laminate finish. Available in single leaf block.
Door. Manufactured according to tests carried out in a laboratory accredited by E.N.A.C., thickness of 40 mm, vertical and horizontal edges veneered.
Options: height up to 2420 mm, upper upright and sheet metal decorations.
Hardware. 90 mm hinges and lock with anti-panic function, both in stainless steel and CE marked.
Options: different models of visible hinges for EI doors, machining for card lock, latch, visible door closers…
Frame. Minimum frame of 80×30 mm with water-repellent MDF base in the same finish as the door. Flashing with the same base and finish as the frame and for various sizes.
Options: finger pine bases, finishes other than the leaf, butt or miter flashing and rubber gasket.
Finishes and sustainable materials. HPL, CPL or melamine laminates and natural or precomposed varnished or stained veneers. Our materials and finishes are also available with FSC chain of custody for responsible forest management.
