This 30-minute fire door, like its namesake, is constructed with MDF fiber on the faces to increase its strength and solidity. Available in both single and two-leaf block.
Door. Manufactured according to tests carried out in a laboratory accredited by E.N.A.C., thickness 45 mm, vertical edges veneered.
Options: height up to 2420 mm and decorations in veneer and pantographed lines in lacquer.
Hardware. 90 mm hinges and lock with anti-panic function, both in stainless steel and CE marked.
Options: different models of visible hinges for EI doors, machining for card lock, electronic striker, latch, visible door closer…
Frame. Minimum frame of 80×30 mm with water-repellent MDF base in the same finish as the door. Flashing with the same base and finish as the frame and for various sizes.
Options: finger pine bases, finishes other than the leaf, butt or miter flashing and rubber gasket.
Finishes and sustainable material. HPL, CPL, compact phenolic or melamine laminates and lacquered MDF. Our materials and finishes are also available with FSC chain of custody for responsible forest management.
