The leaded block provides isolation from X-ray radiation. It is mandatory in hospital wards and medical centers with radiological machinery to protect workers and patients.
Door. Interior with 1.5 mm lead core, chipboard and 3 mm MDF board on each side, four-edged pine frame, veneered vertical edges. Can also be configured as a sliding kit.
Standard customization: lead foil up to 4 mm, non-standard sizes and stained glass.
Hardware. 100 mm hinge and latch both in stainless steel and CE marked.
Options: various models of hinges and latches, door closers…
Frame. Frame with 1.5 mm lead inside and standard flashing. Both with MDF base in the same finish as the door and for different sizes.
Typical customization: lead sheet up to 4 mm, water-repellent MDF, finger pine or plywood bases, finishes other than the sheet, butt or mitered flashing and rubber gasket.
Finishes and sustainable materials. HPL, CPL, phenolic compact or melamine laminates, natural or precomposed varnished or stained veneers and lacquered MDF. Our materials and finishes are also available with FSC chain of custody for responsible forest management.
