This type of door has rounded vertical edges. These doors are intended for schools (to avoid serious pinching) or spaces that require high hygiene (because they are easy to clean).
Door. Solid chipboard interior with 3 mm MDF board on each side, 30 mm fiberboard frame, all vertical edges postformed.
Standard customization: non-standard sizes and glazing.
Hardware. 90 mm hinges and latch or lock, both in stainless steel with CE marking.
Options: various models of hinges and fasteners, baseboards…
Frame. Standard frame with rubber gasket and MDF base flashing in the same finish as the door and for various sizes.
Typical customization: waterproof MDF, finger pine or plywood bases, finishes other than the leaf and butt or mitered flashings.
Finishes and sustainable material. HPLlaminates. Our materials and finishes are also available with FSC chain of custody for responsible forest management.
