These doors have their edges covered with solid wood. They are focused on public spaces that require extra protection on the door to prevent damage due to misuse. They are very popular doors in educational centers.
Door. Solid chipboard interior, solid wood E-edged frame with 48 mm overlap in plinth and 43 mm in the rest.
Usual customization: change of overlapping sizes, non-standard sizes, fixed top and glazing.
Hardware. 90 mm hinges and latch or lock, both in stainless steel with CE marking.
Options: various models of hinges and latches, concealed hinges, security hardware, plinth, door closers…
Frame. Frame and flashing in veneer similar to the wood of the edging, with MDF base in the same finish as the door and for various sizes.
Typical customization: waterproof MDF, finger pine or plywood bases, finishes other than the leaf, butt or miter flashing and rubber gasket.
Finishes and sustainable material. HPL, CPL and melamine laminates. Our materials and finishes are also available with FSC chain of custody for responsible forest management.
